Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (619) 822-1300. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is quickneasyautomotive.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 76 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Chula Vista.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. I had the best experience for a simple service that my car needed. Good prices, awesome customer service. Juan went above and beyond to help me fit this oil change in my busy schedule. Juan gave me a ride to work and then personally dropped off my car at my job when he was done. Top NOTCH service for sure...I would recommend this shop to all family and friends. 10/10 thank you for taking care of me👌🤗it was literally Quick & Easy😊

I came to Quick & Easy Automotive for a pre purchase inspection. Juan and Danny were simply amazing! They were so thorough with their inspection. They took time to not only tell me what they found, but also show me every thing they saw the car needed. They were honest, patient, and informative in helping me make the decision whether or not to buy the used car I was looking at, and fit me in quickly. I would strongly recommend and return. Thanks Juan and Danny!

I was recommended to them by another shop who couldn't do the job. My 2011 Hyundai sonata 2.0 needed the turbocharger wastegate actuator assembly replaced. I took my car to them on a Tuesday and by Wednesday they were finished. They were very kind enough because of my disability, bring me home and pick me up when they were finished. Very kind, respectful, caring and honest gentleman. I recommend for anyone to go bring your car to QUICK and EASY and ask for Juan or Danny, they'll get your car done quick and easy! Thank you guys! ❤️✌️🙏

In a last-minute emergency, I contacted this shop with a crazy request and they were able to handle it. They stayed after hours and made sure the job was done exactly the way I requested. I needed 3/4 tank of fuel removed from a 2025 Camry due to regulations of our show not allowing more than a quarter tank of fuel from any vehicle. Those vehicles are not easy to get the fuel out of. The owner of the shop was very nice helpful and professional. If anytime I’m back in San Diego for another show and I need anything. I will make sure this is where I go.
